QuickInvoice is a free invoice generator that runs entirely in your web browser. This page explains what that means for your data.

Invoice data

Everything you type (business details, client details, items, notes and your logo) is processed locally in your browser. It is not sent to or stored on our servers. To let you pick up where you left off, your latest draft is saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. You can remove it at any time with “Reset everything” or by clearing your browser data.

Exports and PDFs

PDFs are produced by your browser’s own print function. Exported .json files are saved to your device and are never uploaded.

Analytics, cookies and advertising

QuickInvoice does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this policy beforehand and, where required, ask for your consent.

Children

This site is intended for general business use and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
